The North East Initiative Development Agency (NEIDA) seeks highly qualified and capable Water Resources Management Specialist for the following posts:
- Team Leader (TL) (1 Post)
- Project Associate (1 Post)
Team Leader: The TL will provide overall strategic, technical and managerial leadership and oversight on all aspects of strategy, programme design, project management and implementation in water, sanitation and hygiene projects including solid and liquid waste management and water security projects.
Qualification: Master’s degree or higher, preferably in a discipline directly or closely related to WASH, such as Water Resources, NRM, Engineering, Geology | At least (10) years professional experience | Strong Leadership, Project Management & Financial Management skills.
Project Associate | Qualification: MSc (Geology) / Water Resource Engineering ideally with minimum three years of work experience) | Sound understanding of springshed development and in-depth knowledge of water, forest and climate change related concepts, theories, policies and practices | Excellent writing, presentation, and partnership management skills.
Job posting: Kohima, Nagaland with extensive travel across the state.
Salary: Will be competitive and shall be commensurate with experience.
